Wireless Retrofit for Tow Trucks with Manual valves
Our Tow Truck RANGER systems provide a straightforward, cost-effective solution for adding wireless remote control to manual hydraulic tow trucks—without replacing your existing valve bank.
Each valve section is equipped with a dedicated linear actuator, driven directly in both directions by a rugged wireless receiver and controlled by an ergonomic handheld transmitter. No special programming tools are required, operators can easily set precise valve stroke positions for both slow and fast modes to match their exact application needs.
The receiver is fully epoxy-potted for maximum protection against moisture, shock, and vibration, delivering reliable performance in the harshest environments. With a conservatively rated range of up to 1,000 feet, operators gain the freedom to work safely and efficiently from the best vantage point.
The weatherproof linear actuator delivers 90 lbs of force with a 3-inch stroke and features an internal clutch that allows the valve to safely spring back to neutral whenever it is not actively commanded providing an added layer of operational safety and protection.
This remote system is a direct replacement for A3A5592C, A3A5592D and A3A5593C
