When an emergency happens, every moment matters. Air‑Eagle Wireless E‑Stops give workers the ability to act instantly—even when a fixed emergency stop is out of reach. The lightweight wireless unit can be carried, clipped to a belt, or mounted in a vehicle, ensuring immediate access anywhere within range.
The system maintains continuous two‑way communication between the transmitter and receiver. A periodic heartbeat signal confirms the connection at all times. As long as the link remains active, the receiver keeps one or more relays energized, allowing machinery to operate normally. Pressing the wireless e‑stop instantly de‑energizes the linked relays.
If communication between the transmitter and receiver is lost, the system automatically de‑energizes the relays after a preset timeout, ensuring equipment cannot continue running without protection.
