With a repeat accuracy of 1 micrometer, Baumer’s My-Com precision switch is the most precise mechanical limit switch.

The robust probe tips made of high-performance ceramic, stainless steel or spherically ground ruby enable the My-Com to operate reliably even under harsh conditions with consistent repeat accuracy. For applications in moist or heavily dusty environment the precision switch is available with protection class IP 67. Its operating temperature ranges from -20 to +75 °C. The field of application s for mechanical limit switches is very broad. Due to the versatile features as well as its compact housing designs (M8 x 0.5), the My-Com is very interesting for machine tool building or manufacturers of automatic assembly and handling machines. The precision switch is also used to gauge various measuring equipment or for calibration and quality control during the production process.
The ingenuity of the product that at the same time guarantees a high number of switching cycles is the simplicity of the construction of the switch.
